How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. We process and ship all in-stock orders within 24-48 hours from our warehouse.
What is your return policy on hardgoods like snowboards and skateboards?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that once a snowboard has been mounted with bindings or a skateboard has been gripped, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer professional assembly for skateboards?
Yes! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings, we can assemble the complete for you at no extra charge. Just leave a note in the 'Special Instructions' box at checkout.
How do I know what size snowboard or boots I need?
We provide detailed size charts on every product page. If you are still unsure, our expert staff is available via live chat or email to help you find the perfect fit based on your height, weight, and riding style.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to customers across North America. International shipping rates and customs duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
Does my gear come with a warranty?
All new products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The Source Snowboard & Skate will assist you in the warranty process with the brand if you encounter any manufacturing defects.
