The Source Snowboard & Skate offers a 30-day return policy on all unused gear and apparel to ensure you are completely satisfied with your setup. Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our main distribution center in Calgary.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
